Transforming a high-churn SaaS into #1 AI-first influencer marketing platform
We helped a fast-growing influencer marketing platform shed its dated UI, reduce high churn and relaunch as an AI-first product suite built around Discovery, Engagement and Insights.

The Client
A fast-growing B2B influencer marketing platform used by brands and agencies to find, evaluate and manage creators at scale. The product spans search, campaign tools and analytics that help teams identify the right influencers and understand performance across social channels.
The Problem
The platform was growing quickly, but the product experience was lagging behind. The interface looked dated and inconsistent, with key workflows that were difficult to understand even for the CEO and CTO.
Churn was high, adoption of core features was low, and the product story was unclear. The company had strong data and models but almost no visible AI in the product, which made it hard to position as a modern, AI-driven platform in a very competitive market.
The Solution
We partnered with the team to turn the product into a modern, AI-first platform with a solid foundation for growth.
We rebuilt the business-focused products on a new design system and visual language. This introduced a clear hierarchy, consistent patterns and scalable components so new features can be shipped quickly without breaking consistency.
Working closely with the Head of Product, we redesigned core workflows to rely on AI rather than manual effort. Almost every feature now has AI at its core, with recommendations and insights surfaced directly in context.
To make the story simple for users and sales, we structured the platform into three clear pillars:
- Discovery – AI-powered tools to find and shortlist the right influencers
- Engagement – Workflows for outreach, relationships and campaigns
- Insights – Analytics and AI-driven reporting that show what works and why
