Web3 platform design to raise a $7m round

An international startup in the crypto/film-tech space, they harness blockchain and cutting-edge tech to shift power from studios to independent filmmakers. Their mission: democratize film financing, distribution, and production through decentralization and token-driven incentives.

The client had recently pivoted from a previous product and needed to launch an entirely new platform from scratch—under pressure. With a follow-on funding round on the horizon, they had just a few months to deliver a functional, investor-ready product experience. Everything needed to be included: payments, referrals, dashboards, marketing pages, email flows, and presentation decks all had to be created in parallel, with zero margin for delay.

A modular design system was built from day one to support rapid iteration across the product and marketing touchpoints. Initially, we started with the viewer's experience - film page, purchase flow, referral flow. Then we focused on the filmmaker's experience - we delivered high-fidelity dashboards, a blockchain-integrated payments experience, referral logic, and pitch-ready investor decks—aligned across web, email, and presentation formats. Everything shipped in 4 months, ready for investors and customers.
